SUMMARY: An expanding northern New Jersey based environmental
company seeks a highly motivated individual to facilitate the growth
of the
company through the establishment of a client base in need of
construction and environmental services. Candidates are expected
to develop relationships with real estate agencies, attorneys,
fuel oil distributors, insurance companies, and contractors of
all types. Job will require cold calling on customers 80% of
the time.
Base salary, commission, and benefits are offered.
Compensation will be based on experience. You will be reporting
directly to the President and Vice President.
Specific Responsibilities:

Build and maintain client relationships. |

Conduct presentations and/or office meetings
for clients. |
| • |
Meet with clients and assess site conditions
to determine scope of work. |
| • |
Develop project/bid specifications. |
| • |
Qualifying subcontractor proposals. |
| • |
Recommend department process improvements to
increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. |
Qualifications:
| • |
5+ years sales experience desired; experience
estimating environmental/construction project cost and project
engineering or project management experience preferred. |

Ability to conceptualize the details of most residential
environmental/construction projects |
| • |
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and
written. |
| • |
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. |
| • |
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications specifically
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. |
| • |
Proficient in using the Internet as a tool to promote company
sales. |
