We are currently
seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to fill the
position of Equipment Operator / Foreman / Supervisor.
The successful candidate must be a team player with a good client-service
work approach. He/she must also possess:
• knowledge of NJ regulations
• experience working with USTs
• some experience with subsurface work
• a valid Driver’s License (at time of appointment)
• a valid Commercial Driver’s License Class “A” (within
six months of appointment)
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• must be computer literate
• above average analytical, organizational, planning and time management
skills
• ability to perform physically demanding work
Responsibilities
include (commercial and residential): • Oil tank removal, abandonment
• Site remediation
• Shoring of structures
• Tank instillations
• Installations of pump systems
• Site restoration, including basic landscaping, asphalt, and concrete
To
be considered for this position, candidates should have a history
of operating and/or experience: • working with heavy equipment
(loaders, track hoes, etc.) and dump trucks (including roll-off,
vacuum trucks, and tankers)
• performing manual labor
• removing, installing and cleaning oil tanks, septic systems,
water pipes and other utilities
• working with concrete or asphalt crews
• site investigation, soil sampling and project management
(support activities including client involvement, work
plan and work
proposal preparation)
• writing and editing daily work sheets
• interacting with third party and regulatory agents to ensure
contract, Federal, State and local compliance
The Equipment
Operator / Foreman / Supervisor will report to the Environmental
Manager and Principle Owner. Office
and field
service
locations are both located in Bergen County.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 (dependent
upon experience)

communicate! Communicate with staff, communicate
with clients,
and communicate with consultants.
